-I would've gave this product a 4.5 but the color was just too pale for me which made me look a little bit like a ghost. If you're pale, you'll love this product because it works wonderfully. Personally, I like products that match my skin perfectly. Everything else is fine though especially the smell, texture, and coverage.

This BB cream uses Jasmine flower extracts that's suppose to hydrate and calm your skin. It's functions include whitening and wrinkle repair, hence the SPF which will protect your skin from harmful UV rays. It does not contain any mineral oil. But it does have: Jasmine flowers, Green Tea plants, Portulaca Oleracea, sweet Almond oil, and many more beneficial skin ingredients.

My skin type is overall normal, a little dry during the winter time. Of course being a teenager makes it acne prone as well. I rarely wear foundation since it makes me break out and besides, it always never tends to look flawless or natural on me anyways no matter what I do. I like wearing BB cream because it's a quick alternative to foundation. I can just put a little on my face and it'll instantly brighten my look so I don't look like a zombie in the morning :P But not all BB creams are amazing. I've found some to be non-hydrating, thick, harsh and nowhere near my skin tone. (cough* Shills Super Magic BB cream) But anyways, I got this BB cream recently and here's my say on it.

Okay, my first impression on the product itself was, "Wow, this thing is HUGE!". A lot of you are probably hesistating to buy it because of the price but let me tell you, there's a lot of product in here. Especially since you won't be using all of it entirely on your face, just where ever you have pores. Inside the box is a jar of the pore tightener, a small white plastic spatula, and a tiny pamplet on the product itself. The labeling and descriptions on the BRTC products are in Korean and English.

I've noticed my pores enlarge over the years very subtly. On my nose, near the cheeks, above the lips, etc. I never really believed that you could actually shrink your pores. It seemed like another myth to me so for months now, I've just been using Clean & Clear's Blackhead Scrub and the Even Tone Cleanser to keep my pores all nice and clean. Pores are something that we all can't help, just like acne.

When I opened it up, I could smell a hint of lime which was great because most skincare products have this gross artificial smell. The product itself is a light pastel green color which becomes transparent when you apply it. Very hydrated and clumpy gel-like. It's cooling as well right when you're about to go to bed. You only need to apply a small amount to where ever your pores are, don't waste product! After leaving it on and heading to bed, your skin should feel refreshed and hydrated in the morning.

Results vary for everyone but I noticed my pores getting smaller after a week. I'm sure the progress will be better when you continuously use it. Oh, and i'm not sure if it'll work for everyone but this product actually moisturized my face so much that some of my acne disappeared :O Magic I tell you. i love tokidoki. i obsess over their designs and everything so when i got this bag i was super psyched. this is a fairly new design, it came out a while ago i think but it's a medium sized light-weight shoulder bag. it has a short handle but there are also longer shoulder straps that you can put on for a different look. they have this available in different colors too like pink and white but i think the black one looks the best. each bag comes with a key chain, mine was the logo design in a pink crystal form but my sister took it from me xP needless to say, i can't wait to use it. if you google it up, the price varies from $158-168 for this particular bag but they also have in it different versions (wallet, tote, backpack, etc) check out tokidoki if you haven't already :) hope you all are having a great weekend.

Fall Makeup Tutorial

autumn is my favorite season. the leaves and colors are so beautiful and the weather is pretty fair! this is my take on a simple autumn inspired look. i thought the green made it sophisticated :) it's very wearable and versatile. if you want it to be more natural looking, try a brown colored mascara. you can even skip the eyeliner part if you want and just tight line your eyes. it's all up to you! enjoy the video and stay tuned for more.

Consignment Stores

now, i live between both new york city and new jersey. a few weeks ago, i went to go explore some vintage/thrift shops since i've never been in one and i wanted to cross another item off my "things to do before i die" list. anyways, i visited buffalo exchange, the cure thrift shop, and the salvation army all in manhattan. i was a bit disappointed since i didn't find anything to buy but i just loved the whole vibe of going into a less populated store (cough* like the forever21 on union square). but today, i went out with a couple of friends to mainstreet princeton which is right across from the famous princeton university. it was my first time actually exploring the shops around this area so i was pretty psyched. my friends and i went into this store called the "greene street consignment". once i entered through the door, i automatically fell in love with the atmosphere of the store. everything in there was organized and just plain simple. i wandered throughout the store which included clothing, shoes, jewelery, and accessories. then, i found out there was an upstairs section which included all the clearance stuff. again, it was quiet and not crowded. i looked through the racks of clothing which were nicely organized by size. then, i found these two items!

i'm the type of person that likes to try everything on before i buy it so of course i went into the fitting room. i was surprised by how much better the clothes looked on me rather than on the hanger. see for yourself!

after getting the approval of my girlfriends, i checked the price tags and to my surprise, they were SUPER cheap, making the grand total $10. happily, i paid and left with much satisfaction. i would recommend that everyone go to a consignment/thrift store at least once in their life. you'll never know what you'll find :) the cure thrift shop has a great selection of vintage bags. the store i shopped at today has it's own website here: http://www.greenestreetconsignment.com it seems like they have multiple locations so maybe one of you guys will run into it one day :) oh, did i mention you could even try selling your things to a consignment shop? greene street consignment gives you a 40 percent back whereas buffalo exchange only gives you 30 percent. visit both websites for more details. also, if you're shopping at a thrift and/or a consignment store, make SURE to check for any tears, rips, holes, and stains. most of the time sales are all final so it would suck to get something that's damaged :/

hey everyone! so i was pretty bored at night and realized that i should be making you all a nice new video :) i already had makeup on so i didn't want to do a tutorial and i was wondering, "well what else can i do?!". suddenly, i realized that i should try something different and do a fashion video. nobody has really ever seen me actually walking in my videos LOL. so, i kind of begged my brother to help me film in my basement since my mom complained about the heels making too much noise on my hardwood floors. of course, i reused several items more than once in the video but that's what we do with clothes anyways, right? pretty simple, easy to imitate outfits. my style is not super "hipster" so sorry to disappoint :P have a good weekend!

Cheap Shoe Haul

honestly, i was pretty disappointed after buying these. i mean the whole oxford trend has been in for a while and they looked so nice on display/ads. i was rooming around the forever21 on union square and i noticed this nice pair of suede oxfords. automatically i picked them up and tried them on. i wear a size 7.5 but they only had whole sizes so i went with a size 7. they looked nice on, a bit pointy in the front. the actual material however was made of poor quality. during that week, they had this "yellow tag" sale going on and these shoes happened to just be apart of it so it was only $12.00. the originally price was $20.40 so to me, it seemed like a steal. i bought them and wore them several times before realizing that i should have kept my $12.00. when you walk in them, the front of the shoe creases even if you're not tippy toeing. although it was fine when i tried them on, they crushed my toes when i walked in them. it may be cause the front of my foot is a bit wider than normal but i've never had that problem with my other shoes. overall, these look nice but aren't super comfortable. if you plan on wearing oxfords 24/7, i recommend that you get a nicer pair. i don't think i'll ever shop for shoes at forever21 ever again!

you know what's one thing i love about the lower east side? there's a huge century 21 department store right by the old world trade center. occasionally i come here with my sister to find great deals on brand name clothing. they have a bunch of stuff and if you're ever in the city, check it out! anyways when i went a couple of weeks ago, they were apparently having a HUGE shoe sale with shoes up to 80 percent off. my sister, who is a shoe fanatic, dragged me in and started filling up her shopper's wheeling cart with boxes and boxes of various footwear. there was a lot of people too digging through the aisles. the shoes were nicely organized by brands and sizes so i looked through sizes 7-8 since sometimes my feet can fit both sizes. there were harajuku girl sandals here for only $15, marc jacob heels for $40, and michael kors slippers for $12 even! many people can't afford expensive designer shoes (especially me because i don't work) so this place is really like paradise. after trying on countless pairs of shoes, i finally picked up these. i noticed they were in european sizes so i was like oh! they turned out to be the miss sixty brand shoes. one of the things i love about these is that the soles are grey with engraved writing in bright red. it reminded me of that new "stilettos" eyeliner since it was black/red. it's so cute how the right shoe says "miss" and the left "sixty"! little things like that amuse me. i'm not going to lie, these shoes make me super tall! (i'm going to wear them to a photo shoot one day hehe). i think the heel is about 3.5 inches. i walked around in them for a while and they seemed pretty comfortable. the front weaving design was nifty too, kinda different from everything else i've seen. i checked the price expecting them to be around $40-60 but i couldn't believe my eyes when i saw that they were only $10! my forever21 crappy shoes were $12 but these designer ones were cheaper. so along with some nice american apparel clothes, i paid and left a happy shopper. i wore these shoes to a banquet recently and they were perfectly fine. can't wait to show them off :D

i love dsw. i love the way it's so spacious and peaceful (at least when there's no one there). but what i love the most is the huge clearance end in the back ranging from men to women, sizes to sizes. they have these color dots that tell you how much discount you'll receive on each shoe. i think this was the order of it:

green- 30 percent off
purple- 40 percent off
red- 50 percent off
blue- 70 percent off
yellow- 80 percent off

how awesome is that? i love savings! the brands here are good too. i've been doc marten's, uggs, coach, etc. since i had done quite some shoe shopping here over the past few days, i wasn't really looking for anything. but i noticed this shiny pair of shoes that caught my eye at the top of the shelf. when i reached for it, it came in a blue box and inside i uncovered shiny alligator-skin like ankle boots with a velvet detail. they just happened to be my size too! i tried them on and automatically loved them. i usually don't go for pointy toe shoes but these were quite flattering. same with the color! you can't see the design of the shoe unless you're up close and the wine color really makes it unique. i checked the price of the boots and they turned out to be 80 percent off! HUGE DISCOUNT :) 80 percent of $40 is only $8. again, i walked out a happy shopper once again.

so if you love shoes just like moi, do check out a nearby DSW and/or century21. i highly recommend it because i'm sure you'll find lots of treasures. good luck to you all and happy shopping!

CVS 90% sale!!

hey everyone! it's been months but i'm back again. today i'm just going to write about the awesome goodies i found at my local cvs pharmacy. i noticed that select cosmetic items were on sale for 75% off but what really caught my eye was this table in the back with a huge sign that read "90% OFF CLEARANCE". i was thinking that it was probably already cleared out by crazy shoppers already but i went ahead and decided to look anyways. i didn't believe my eyes when i saw the spiffy items there. i was thinking "nah, there's no way this is part of the sale. someone must've put it here" but i grabbed them anyways and went over to the price scanner. apparently they were part of the sale, whoopee!

i bought 2 boxes of rapidlash for only $5.00 each with my CVS card!! they were originally $49.99. i saved about $90.00 in total from that purchase :D

but that wasn't it! i also found this package which had the new neutrogena skinclearing foundation along with a 60 sheet pack of blotting sheets. i got two of these as well. the original price for each of them was $15.66 but after the discount, it was only $1.39!!! biggest steal of my life! you can buy like mcdonalds french fries with that amount of money.

overall i was very pleased and i think you should all check your local CVS to see if the sale is available in your pharmacy.

Lenscircle Review

happy new years everyone! i swear that sophomore year is killing me >.< anywho today, i'm going to be reviewing this circle lens site that just started selling well.. circle lenses! i decided to get the nudy blue ones as you can tell in my youtube video review. i've wanted to try actual colors for a while now but never got the opportunity to order them. the manufacture of these particular contacts is Geo Medical, which is one of the best circle lens companies!! i already own the angel brown ones from them. observe:

my first pair of circle lenses were these so i trust Geo a lot. plus they also came out with that anti-fake system where you can actually validate the authenticity of your circle lenses. (so scary to know that there are fake contacts out there >.<) moving on... what really attracted me to lenscircle was their website. Cream Concealers Recommendations?

so i really want to get a new cream concealer but i don't know whats good! i've usually stuck with neutrogena's cream concealer kit but i want to see if there is anything better. i've tried dermablend and laura mercier's concealers before but they weren't that good. infact dermablend was horrible!! lol >-< i've been thinking about the mac studio finish cream concealer. has anyone ever tried it?

so i decided to "expand" myself more and by this i mean, create a new blog and twitter account. reason? because i normally don't have every day to create YouTube videos and i only have a limit of 10 minutes per video :/ this blog gives me more space to share my knowledge/reviews/etc. plus, you can also get a look at pictures here too! pretty spiffy huh? all my accounts use the name, "doroshiix33". this makes it more convenient for you and i. i will most likely blog more than create videos just because it's easier for me especially with school coming up :/ i hope you all enjoy! :)
